Every plan includes a generous user allowance — 5, 12, or 25 people working the same inbox. If you outgrow it, an extra user is a flat, published $29 a month. No plan forced on you to add the weekend staff.

You connect your channels and teach Cura your policies in plain language. If you want a custom AI agent built for you, that's a transparent, one-time $300–2,000 — scoped up front, never a recurring retainer.
